Meeting Saturday 23/1/09

Hey Guys.

Seen as though we now have a good number of current active members i think now is a good time to hold our first meeting under this new TA site.

The meeting itself i have decided to be this upcoming Saturday at 10PM EST (Server Time) For those of you who will struggle figuring out what time this is for you, maybe this list will help:

UK: Time will be 3AM (Sunday Morning)
Australia: Time will be 2PM (Sunday Afternoon)
India: Time will be 8:30AM (Sunday Morning)

Anyone else needs me to post other timezone times please let me know, or if this time will make it awkward for yourself please also post here and i will try to change it accordingly.

General Meeting Procedure as Follows:

Location: Artix Server
Room: Yulgar-2040 (To Start With)

Ok so first of all when everyone who is coming arrives, either myself or Dyniti will briefly make any Clan Announcements that are of paticular interest, and we will discuss any important matters brought up by other members concerning the clan.

After this we will move onto the main section of the meet which is GAMES. These will be done in the following order:

1. Darts (5 Rounds of Darts Played in Yulgar. Each player has 3 shots per round, highest dart is your score. Whoever gets highest dart each round wins the round. Round winners get 3,000 TA Points and Second highest dart (even if from same player) receives 1,500 TA Points. Lowest Dart scored receives a dud prize of 500 TA Points.)
2. Race (We move the meeting to Hachicko, where 2 races will take place, one going up the building and one going down it. Winners receive 5,000 TA Points, Second Place 3,000 TA Points and Third Place 1,500 TA Points.)
3. Fashion (We stay in Hachiko and do Solo Fashion, which follows elimination rules. Rounds are picked at random by the person running the meeting, and players have 3 minutes to go get gear/change into gear for the showoff. Whoever looks the least like the round asked, will be eliminated. Continues until we have a winner. Winner Receives 4,000 TA Points and runner up 2,000 TA Points.)(Note* When we have more active members we will also do a team version of this where we split into two teams to compete against each other.)
4. Punt (We move to Punt where members have 3 punts at the moglin to see who can get the highest score. Highest Punter wins 5,000 TA Points and Runner Up 2,500 TA Points.)
5. House Contest (Simple enough house of the week contest. Winner receives 4,000 TA Points Runner Up 2,000 TA Points.)
6. Quiz (For the final game of the meeting we all head back to Yulgar and undertake a AQW Quiz. The quiz will consist of 10 Questions. The first 9 Questions will each gain 1,000 points to the person who says the correct answer first. The last question is the Super Ultimate Question and is worth 10,000 TA Points.)

Screenshots will be taken throughout the meeting and then added within a Meeting Scapbook Forum which i will create afterwards.

Meeting Attendance is a key part in the activeness of this clan and therefore for this meeting and any meetings in the future, attendance alone will gain you 1,000 TA Points.

sry due i have a exam at 9:00 am

can aus time plz be 8:30 plz its like 6:30 am thts like when i wake up i can make it..ill try my best to make it at 6 if u cant change btw aingapore is 2 hours behind singapore so yeah

i know it is a bit crazy we have a holiday on thursday and a half day on saturday (welcome to india ;P)
sunday morning is fine i'll try to make it and after my exam i could come exam get's over like around 12 i should be home

i know ppl r getting bugged with problem but i am still on the 3rd or 4th (vath) yet so Hachiko would not be possable to reach unless i get my pal's acct i'll ask him if it is okay with u ppl? wish me luck

Wouldn't it be 9 am here not 2pm?

Shall. You are 10/11 Hours ahead of me and therefore 15/16 Hours ahead of Dyniti. Australia is currently at GMT +10/11 depending on location within the country.

Therefore if it is 10PM where Dyn lives then it is 3AM for me and therefore 1/2PM for you.

i am non mem so i can't come on sir ver

This is starting to annoy me. I'm going to make one more change to all the details. If you can't make it then tough.

The time in Singapore will be 11 am Sunday morning.

Sorry Oct I was confused cause the first time you put up was 8am for me then you moved it forward an hour so thought it should have been 9am.

not sure I understand your problem with Hachiko but if you want some help to finish it let me know and will try to work out a time and server with you.
Also the meeting is on Artix server.

Lol, if you can, can you add U.S timing?

Paco if you are US then you should know what i mean when i say 10PM EST. EST is the timezone where AE is based. it is GMT-5.

To save any confusion you may have, the meeting will take place around 6h and 10mins after i made this post.
